Implementation Notes: Harness Public Entrypoints

Execution Mode

Parallel mode is required.

implement-spec must parse PLAN.md, launch every currently unblocked independent task in each wave, review worker outputs, validate and log the wave, update this file and PLAN.md, then compute the next wave.

Sequential fallback requires explicit user approval.

Wave Log

• 2026-06-27: Wave 1 completed. T1 created the public-doc writer artifact bundle at apps/wiki/content/docs/project/public-docs/harness-public-entrypoints/ and updated public-docs metadata. Parent verification reran the T1 green command successfully.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 2 completed. T2 created /docs/harness/entrypoints and parent integration added it to Harness metadata. T7 created the merged apps/wiki/content/docs/harness/trust.mdx page. Parent verification ran route/content scans and bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 3 completed. T3 moved the seven core lifecycle routes into entrypoints/, T6 verified command capabilities as already present, and T8 removed old trust/adoption child files while preserving the temporary trust/adoption index. Parent verification reran content scans and bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 4 completed. T4 moved AFK delivery under entrypoints/implementation/afk, and T9 replaced the old top-level trust-and-adoption sidebar entry with trust. Parent verification reran metadata scans and bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 5 completed. T5 recorded operational-substance preservation evidence for every moved lifecycle page and removed stale lifecycle links from entrypoint pages. T11 finalized Harness sidebar order and strengthened Foundations theory framing. Parent verification reran preservation, style, metadata, and type checks.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 6 completed. T10 added lifecycle-flow compatibility redirects, replaced stale header/home links, and parent validation fixed missing title frontmatter that blocked production redirect smoke. bun run --cwd apps/wiki build, runtime redirect smoke, bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types, and git diff --check passed.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 7 completed. T12 added selective validation/tool, hook, scaffold update, and report command links, and removed public Harness MDX links to old lifecycle routes. Parent verification reran link scans, bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types, and git diff --check -- apps/wiki/content/docs/harness.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 8 completed. T13 linked high-intent parallel-research and handoff mentions to source contracts and clarified Skill Reference as the full lookup. Parent verification reran source-link scan, bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types, and git diff --check -- apps/wiki/content/docs/harness.
• 2026-06-27: Wave 9 completed. T14 updated wiki/root bookkeeping, ran the final acceptance audit, and reran bun run --cwd apps/wiki check, bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types, bun run --cwd apps/wiki build, runtime redirect smoke, and targeted route/link scans.

Manual Review Checklist

• IP-296: Public wiki entrypoint IA and route compatibility are implemented through /docs/harness/entrypoints, Harness metadata order, lifecycle redirect map, and runtime redirect smoke.
• IP-297: Core entrypoint pages use intent-first framing through brainstorming-requirements-backlog, design, implementation, debugging, review, massive-bug-hunt-and-fix, and docs-update.

Final Validation

• bun run --cwd apps/wiki check: passed. Existing Node warning: apps/wiki/package.json does not declare module type for oxlint.config.ts.
• bun run --cwd apps/wiki check-types: passed.
• bun run --cwd apps/wiki build: passed.
• Runtime redirect smoke on PORT=3050: old lifecycle landing, requirements/backlog, and AFK URLs redirected to new entrypoint routes; old trust/adoption child URL had no redirect location.
• Targeted scans: public Harness MDX has no /docs/harness/lifecycle-flows links, current root/wiki bookkeeping points to Entry Points and Trust, tool links exist, and skill source links exist.

Navigation Follow-Up

• 2026-06-29: Fixed the Implementation sidebar parent so /docs/harness/entrypoints/implementation is clickable from the sidebar. Root cause: the Implementation page lived beside the implementation/ folder, so the generated page tree treated Implementation as a folder with no index. The page moved to harness/entrypoints/implementation/index.mdx, implementation/meta.json lists index before afk, and getDocsPageTree() promotes that same-route index child into the folder index. Focused verification confirmed the route still resolves and the tree reports Implementation index=/docs/harness/entrypoints/implementation.
• 2026-06-29: Removed the two top sidebar shortcuts above Get Started from the shared Fumadocs layout. baseOptions() no longer passes layout links, so Entry Points and Trust remain in the Harness page tree without duplicating as pinned shortcuts above Get Started.
