• AGENTS.md
• apps/wiki/AGENTS.md
• docs/AGENTS.md

Core boundary:

• apps/wiki is the private Fumadocs app and canonical wiki content owner.
• /docs/project renders internal project operations and guidance.
• /docs/harness enters the Harness domain model.
• /docs/harness renders Harness methodology articles.
• /docs/cli renders CLI mechanics.
• Root docs/ keeps operator runbooks and implementation references that may be linked from project pages.
• Public narrative belongs outside this app, currently in the parked apps/web boundary.
