Initial Situation

Scaffolded wiki apps can generate .source from Fumadocs and .next from Next.js. Those generated directories should not become repo noise.

Issue

Issue #19 asks for the scaffolded wiki .gitignore to ignore .source and .next.

Plan

1. Ensure the Next.js wiki scaffold template writes a wiki-local .gitignore with .next and .source.
2. Ensure the TanStack Start wiki scaffold template also ignores .next, preserving the same generated-output hygiene across framework choices.
3. Add scaffold test assertions proving generated wiki apps include both entries.
4. Update docs/runbook language for durable operator guidance.

Result

Resolved. Next.js and TanStack Start wiki scaffolds now ignore .next and .source.
