Review and Validation

• Review pass 1 findings repaired: active/root routing, complete Finder support guards, and symlink-copy policy.
• Review pass 2 findings repaired: stale handoff and active generated specialist prompts.
• Review pass 3: Spec axis clean; Standards axis found one packaged projector ownership violation. The owning source, active mirror, and focused public-seam test now pass and are byte-identical.
• Docs ingest updated the source artifacts, operator/runbook surfaces, and nine public wiki pages. No additional flow or concept page was required.
• Full validation evidence and accepted baseline-only failures are in IMPLEMENTATION-NOTES.md.
