Deviations From the Plan
- Full source-to-CLI
diff -qrinitially reported two empty untracked local directories in/Users/stefan/Desktop/repos/wearedevpunks-skills(skills/agnostic/planning/grill-me,skills/agnostic/write-a-skill). They contained no files, were not tracked by git, and were removed withrmdirso the planned diff could verify actual skill content.
Surprises and Decisions
- Plan review found that catalog GREEN must happen after shared skill sync because
content.test.tsverifies catalog source directories exist. The plan now records T3 as RED-only and T4 as post-sync GREEN. - Worker guard passed:
.agents/subagents/manifest.mjsexists and includes anapps-clispecialist; parent will use one implementation worker with expanded cross-repo scope. - T1 kept the source-of-truth split lean:
wayfinderowns route selection,finder-phaseowns the frontier loop and progressive-disclosure references, andwrite-backlogremains the provider-materialization authority. - T2 kept
write-backlogas the materialization adapter and encoded the accepted provider storage rules: LinearKind/...label group, GitHub Project V2Kindsingle-select, monday.comKindStatus/Dropdown column, and AzureCustom.DevpunksKind. - T3 RED passed in the TDD sense: focused content tests now fail until catalog planning-pack entries and root prompt routing are wired.
- T4 source commit and sync succeeded at
2ce74433d3e8664c784bb5dc30c9b31ca2ffb0be; full source-to-CLI diff needed removal of two empty untracked local dirs in the source repo (grill-me,write-a-skill) before the planned diff could pass. - T5 updated current root guidance and durable docs; the user-authored public docs finder-phase theory page was not touched.
- T6 final validation passed; no baseline was published.
- Review fix: the active
finder-phasemirror exposed a broken relative link towrite-backlog. Source was fixed with mirror-safe wording, committed and pushed asacc27022bbe5af8c6eb1b3aede3917844a49b801, synced into Harness, and the active mirror was realigned. - Review fix: spec
meta.jsonnow includesPLANandIMPLEMENTATION-NOTESalongsideSPEC. - Docs ingest closeout selected a no-op check: private/internal docs were already fresh in this spec folder, root
docs/, and the scaffold runbook; the user-authored public finder-phase theory page was left untouched.
