V4.3 Delivery Implementation
V4.3 Delivery Implementation
Summary
The nine-task delivery plan is implemented. T1–T9 completed their task and architecture gates, the accepted human exception retained the terminal inconclusive benchmark without relabeling it as a pass, and the canonical skill source was published and synchronized. No merge or release was performed.

Source and Admission
Canonical skills main was published at
41f0a00af67df9d3a64213db15096a513f8db263. Harness then completed an
override-free sync; the receipt named that exact revision and the synchronized
tree matched the canonical source. The benchmark ended inconclusive. The
retained human exception authorized activation while preserving AC-044 through
AC-047 as excepted_not_passed; those criteria did not pass.
Final acceptance evidence
Post-sync execution04 retained six actual public command results with expected
statuses [0, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1]. Build, renderer and canonical contracts, CLI
types, focused tests, and Project Verifier preservation all passed. The first
execution04 run exposed a zero-file Oxlint result-parsing defect; the bounded
scripts.ts fix and its regression test pass in the renewed proof.
Provider and PR Evidence
IP-447–450 were read back as In Progress with their parents, V4.3 milestone and
native dependencies preserved. Their status and PR receipts are retained under
.devpunks/delivery/v43/.
The first actual draft PR is
PR #198, open and
draft against main, on team/stefan/v4.3-delivery-scaffold. Its initial head is
the existing meaningful specification commit
1e6b2b2ae733f2f84379ab4ac4d9d170177759df; no empty visibility commit was created.
See .devpunks/delivery/v43/draft-pr-readback.json for provider readback.
IP-447 Task Gate
Parent inspected both source diffs, the acceptance map, final native decisions,
stable-snapshot verdict and actual GitHub draft readback. The eleven cases cover
draft creation/reuse, missing acceptance, ordinary versus high-risk repair,
incomplete attempts, the two-completed-pass ceiling, semantic invalidation,
stagnation and retention recovery. Three supplemental contract tests passed.
Evidence is .devpunks/delivery/v43/IP-447/EVIDENCE.md and its adjacent raw logs;
real provider behavior is draft-pr-readback.json and the exact Linear PR readback.
The lifecycle and review-transition owners match T1's declared topology. Its writing-for-agents and codebase-design evidence rows are applied and point to the changed contracts. RAC-1's full architecture checkpoint still needs T2/T3 evidence. T7/T8 own downstream helper/router compatibility; T9 owns admission.
IP-448 Task Gate
Parent inspected the source frontier/gate contract and actual native chronology:
fast completed, initial child truthfully blocked, scope transferred after terminal
proof, corrected child completed before slow FIFO release. Native negative cases
and final T1/T3 compatibility cover conflicts, capacity, malformed results,
invalidated inputs and cumulative architecture refusal. Three supplemental tests
passed; all seven native processes terminated and owned scratch was removed.
Evidence and the two applied guidance records are in
.devpunks/delivery/v43/IP-448/EVIDENCE.md. No runtime scheduler, lock or temporary
seam was introduced. RAC-1 still awaits T3's shared-summary proof for full closure.
IP-450 Task Gate and RAC-2
Parent reviewed the portable source and native selection, cross-app negative,
coverage-gap and cleanup evidence. Two focused repairs added restoration before
renewed Doctor/Drive and all required private-data categories. The final native
recovery audit proves ordered fault, restoration, readiness, Drive and downstream
state; 68 retained files exclude the synthetic private sentinel. Exact final
source hash is d965298a3b0f7da448e6334e290cd6f33c00f86616976d95495be6567c50319f.
+ shared portable protocol → selected project-owned references → actual proof
+ missing reference/path → explicit blocked coverage gap
+ surprising failure → restore owned state → Doctor → DriveRAC-2 passes with no app mechanics in shared production code and no temporary seam. Historical unchanged scenario proof and focused delta proof retain their separate identities. T5/T6 are released for disjoint work; mutable scaffold T1 runtime inputs still prevent final freshness claims for affected CLI scenarios.
IP-449 Task Gate and A1 Closure
Parent inspected the source Task Result/reconciliation contract and actual chronology assertions: failed canonical write (2), dependent launch/exit (5–6), recovery (8), two canonical readbacks (9–10), reconciliation (11), checkpoint prerequisite assessment (12). Final acceptance and Code Review stayed incomplete. The settled native worker preserved canonical bytes and rejected/refreshed missing, stale and unsourced context. Supplemental checks passed and owned scratch was removed.
planning kernel + source pointers
→ delegated scoped Task Result
→ parent Task Gate → safe dependent release
→ parent reconciliation → cumulative checkpointRAC-1 passes cumulatively across IP-447–449; RAC-2 passed IP-450. The declared planning, parent, worker and verifier owners remain intact; no new runtime, lock, worker worktree or temporary seam exists. A1 closes with an empty migration ledger. IP-454 may proceed on IP-448/IP-449 evidence. Candidate source remains unpublished pending later compatibility, review and measured admission.
IP-451/IP-452 Task Gates and A2 Closure
Parent inspected the final source contracts, exact source/runtime hashes, public preservation suite, native case verdicts, recovery chronology and cleanup. IP-451 passes with three public tests across existing/absent references and repeated update; its active local-skill pointer reaches the exact candidate rule. Native docs, isolation, prerequisite and recovery proof preserve ownership boundaries.
IP-452 passes with ten native lifecycle/triage/retirement/resumption cases and focused final-source recovery: rejected Drive, owned reset, renewed Doctor, corrected Drive, retained evidence and cleanup. Historical unchanged cases retain their original source identities. Current creator/updater/runtime contract hashes match the final evidence. Eleven combined supplemental checks passed.
implement-spec → creator/updater → project-owned executable references
→ exact original scenario/proof comparison → Verification
scaffold/update → preserve references; docs → read-only navigation
Code Review → consumes proofRAC-3 passes cumulatively with prior RAC-1/RAC-2 responsibilities retained. No project mechanics moved into reusable runtime code and no temporary seam exists. Scaffold W2 may change relevant runtime inputs; recheck affected preservation proof at integration. This does not stale T7's frozen protocol/proof inputs. IP-453 is released. Final acceptance and admission remain separate.
IP-454 Task Gate and RAC-5
Parent inspected final continuity source, qualified native chronology and four fresh targeted cases. All 23 input identities match; warm continuation and attributed excerpts pass, a missing pointer blocks, and actual Git-target change cold-routes while preserving independent input evidence. Native processes exited zero; all 150 archived file digests match before run-owned scratch removal.
Historical source drift, quota errors and superseded positive cases remain historical. Legacy/review fixtures prove conditional routing only; actual execution gates and review proof retain their upstream owners. This matches the declared protocol scope and does not establish admission or full software review.
RAC-5 and the Task Gate pass: continuity owns packet/result and cold reconstruction; T1/T2/T3 retain review policy, Task Gate and reconciliation. No temporary seam is introduced. Cumulative A3 still awaits T7/RAC-4 and producer/consumer integration.
Historical Remaining Work
The parent final-acceptance ledger is
.devpunks/delivery/v43/acceptance-audit.json: 174 source-hashed criteria across
the umbrella, verifier, execution and scaffold specifications. Rows begin
unassessed; task-local gates do not automatically satisfy final acceptance.
Task checks, native scenario proof and parent gates remain pending. Preserve separate acceptance identities for the umbrella and two leaf specifications. Complete cumulative architecture checks, matched admission, source-first synchronization, combined scaffold preservation proof, final independent review, docs and tracker closeout before reporting the iteration complete.
IP-453 Task Gate and source integration repair
IP-453 passes its parent Task Gate. All 26 final source hashes match, its 40 public helper tests also pass in the integrated canonical run, and retained native primary/challenger results cover five primary obligations, seeded authorization recall, incomplete candidates, focused repair and justified second review. Parent checked the retained report hash against the real Git retention audit. Native candidate adjudication was manually performed by the worker and encoded into the fixture; it was not a separate native adjudicator or full-delivery performance run. This satisfies the task seam without implying measured admission or final iteration review.
RAC-4 is proved at its owning seam. Cumulative A3 remains pending: canonical integration has 234/250 passing tests. Independent clean-HEAD reproduction establishes seven unchanged research failures; nine candidate failures include an actual IP-454 readiness/remote-retention/backlog authority routing regression and obsolete wording assertions. IP-454 repairs the routing contract; the reviewed plan assigns shared test custody to IP-448. Retained baseline and classification: .devpunks/delivery/v43/source-integration-baseline.log and source-integration-triage.json. IP-454's affected gate evidence remains pending repair; unrelated proof is retained. IP-455 stays unreleased until integration closure.
A3 closure and admission release
Cumulative A3 passes on the final candidate source. IP-454's repaired readiness/retention/backlog gate has native positive and negative proof plus exact live remote specification identity. IP-453's four prompt corrections have focused native preparation/helper proof, unchanged production helpers, renewed 40-test GREEN and independent source review closure. Parent verified all final T7/T8 source hashes.
The final canonical suite passes 244 of251 tests; the remaining seven failures exactly match the clean original-HEAD research baseline. Their evidence and unchanged source-contract debt remain explicit and do not establish admission. Earlier task responsibilities remain with their existing owners; no temporary runtime seam exists.
IP-455 is released for compatible-source fixture preparation and measured admission. Candidate source remains uncommitted, unpushed and unsynchronized. Parent owns exclusive matched-run execution and publication/sync; the worker prepares frozen fixtures and measurement/readback evidence under its reviewed scope. Final acceptance remains separately unassessed.
Post-review closeout update
Canonical skills main, the synchronized CLI skill tree, and the cached source receipt are bound to 41f0a00af67df9d3a64213db15096a513f8db263. The accepted autoreview repairs preserve imported legacy review provenance, require verified preceding-repair evidence, and record human-directed review without fabricating a repair attempt. Formatter verification is check-only: Oxfmt requires --check, Prettier requires --check or --list-different, and dprint requires check; mutating forms are rejected.
The final scaffold repairs make candidate validation reproduce the planned installation. Fixtures declare their package manager, initialize Git, and establish the planned workspace topology. Reconciliation waits for the catalog leaves that own dependent work and evaluates removals against the previous workspace. Fresh scaffold plans generate the same catalog-bearing package.json bytes that materialization applies. Lefthook validation fixtures contain the lock evidence, installed package, executable local binary, and executable hook they claim. The portability proof now clones a real checkout. Project Verifier preservation accepts clean or findings-bearing applied updates when the candidate tree is preserved.
Scaffold application failures cross the apply/run/test-adapter seam as typed ScaffoldApplicationFailure values. Commit-gate receipt defaults use Effect DateTime; bundled baseline paths use the Effect/Bun Path service.
Execution03 currently passes the CLI build and type checks, canonical skills contracts (54/54), focused CLI tests (128/128), public Project Verifier preservation (3/3), six command-status checks ([0,1,1,0,1,1]) with byte-identical before/after inventories, and the built CLI behavioral portfolio (74/74). The full CLI suite passed 55/55 files and 573/573 tests. Execution03 FINAL-PROOF.json has SHA-256 dcbc2903f20224dddb584326b1088cccdfe7222ee456471bd50f3727860ca994. Execution02 is retained as stale failed evidence: its three fixture failures have passing focused successors on the final tree. Source04 and earlier executions remain historical evidence.
The acceptance ledger still contains 170 accepted_satisfied criteria and four excepted_not_passed benchmark criteria. AC-044–AC-047 did not pass and remain under the retained inconclusive-benchmark exception. No merge or release has occurred.
Final post-lint proof binding
The final post-lint check binds commit 0c25a3f36bbe3e88f32bcc725dd0fee294339116 and tree 8945d7abce41b709809ca7540d9fd64a6025760d in .devpunks/delivery/v43/FINAL-POST-LINT-BINDING.json. Clean-worktree root lint and check-only formatting passed with zero lint or type errors. The affected run passed lint and formatting and completed 22/27 Turbo tasks on two attempts; both attempts timed out in the same unrelated API baseline-ledger-cutover no-redeploy test under parallel load. A focused rerun passed that file's 16/16 tests in 5.11 seconds.
Release classification also passed with status 0, releaseKind: none, classificationError: null, and both baseline and npm publication requirements false.
The commits after execution03 contain lint-safe test assertion and typing refactors. They leave the V4.3 source behavior unchanged, so execution03 remains the product proof. Its acceptance result is unchanged: 170 accepted_satisfied, four excepted_not_passed, zero unassessed, and zero unresolved obligations. AC-044–AC-047 remain excepted_not_passed. No merge or release is part of this binding.
Provider-only runtime portability repair
GitHub Actions run
34376179881
passed root static verification and every deployment check at pushed head
451c799875ecf5ac812d8683f2c552a4fc08946a, but Affected Verification failed
when ten scaffold/update tests reached generated sync-subagents.mjs scripts.
Each failure was spawnSync node ENOENT: runJavaScriptFileSync supplied an
empty base environment, so the node command could not use the PATH installed
by actions/setup-node. Local hosts had masked the defect through OS command
lookup fallback.
The bounded repair makes an omitted script environment inherit process.env
while preserving an explicitly supplied environment as authoritative. Its
regression test proves both the inherited PATH case and explicit empty-environment
isolation. The focused runtime suite, CLI typecheck, touched-file lint and
check-only formatting, and git diff --check passed locally. The repaired
exact-head provider run remains pending, so this is portability repair evidence,
not a provider-green claim. Product acceptance remains 170
accepted_satisfied and four excepted_not_passed; AC-044–AC-047 retain their
accepted benchmark exceptions and were not relabeled as passes.
