Specs CLI IP-99-private-harness-wiki-app Implementation Notes
Confirmed apps/wiki is the private Fumadocs app and canonical wiki source owner.
Added a package-level check-types task so root Turborepo typecheck covers the wiki app.
Replaced default Fumadocs app identity with Harness Intelligence wiki identity.
Added root metadata with a portless local fallback origin and Vercel production URL support.
Updated Turborepo build outputs to exclude .next/cache/** for Vercel-compatible cache behavior.
Preserved the existing CLI domain source and routed pages while updating project spec projection/bookkeeping.
Parallel discovery, single-owner implementation. Readonly subagents inspected wiki conventions, build/deploy readiness, and harness domain separation in parallel. File edits stayed local because the app-foundation changes touched shared indexes and package configuration.
The wiki app already existed and built before IP-99 delivery, so implementation focused on integration/readiness gaps rather than scaffolding a new app.
Linear native blocker fields were not exposed by the available fetch payload. The Linear research endpoint failed, so sequencing used the issue hierarchy and parent links returned by _fetch.
