Debt Captured
next dev served the new routes but emitted a Turbopack panic (Failed to write app endpoint /docs/[[...slug]]/page, caused by Next.js package not found) during browser probing. next build and next start route validation passed, so this is tracked as dev-server tooling debt rather than an M4 route blocker.
