Project usage, reports, GitHub follow-up, and Linear planning stay separate
ProjectUsage is the adoption and reporting aggregate, with repositories mapped beneath it.
Runtime telemetry and harness reports are product signals, not raw OTel dashboards. GitHub is the v1 report follow-up surface. Linear remains the planning and backlog surface.
