Accepted target terminology for scaffold, update and check ownership.
Historical (retired in CLI 6.0.0). This page describes the manifest-driven lifecycle. The Registry Baseline replaced it: see Scaffold Baseline and the CLI scaffolding runbook.
Scaffold Lifecycle Glossary
This is the accepted target contract for issue #197. It does not claim the implementation is delivered.

Context Plan feeds Scaffold Plan. Generated Authoring Contract guides scoped authoring; native projection consumes accepted authored state. Content hashes track delivered skill files. Explicit authoring/activation contract revisions and scope/skill membership identify when affected scoped work is needed. The selected baseline is the sole source for the complete Shared Scaffold Prompt; missing or mismatched capability is explicit and never silently replaced by installed CLI data.
Editability does not waive required presence or semantic validity. A receipt proves verified completed work; a plan or handoff cannot serve as that proof.
